Solar Node P1 for Meshtastic is a solar-powered communication node that integrates the XIAO nRF52840 Plus main controller, and the Wio-SX1262 LoRa module. It supports long-distance communication and low-power operation. It's suitable for expanding network coverage in outdoor areas.

The SenseCAP Solar Node P1 has a battery holder for four 18650 batteries. It utilizes a 5W solar panel in combination with 4*18650 rechargeable button-top batteries (not included). This setup ensures continuous operation even in the absence of sunlight, effectively solving the problem of outdoor power supply.

The device comes pre-flashed with Meshtastic firmware at the factory.

Meshtastic is an open-source communication project designed to create a mesh network-based communication system using low-power, long-range radio like LoRa. If you are in an environment without mobile signal or internet connection, such as during hiking, camping, emergency rescue, or other outdoor activities, as long as you and your companions each have a Meshtastiv device and are paired with your phones, you can communicate and locate each other using the Meshtastic app.
