Product description
This industrial USB to serial adapter has 2000V DC optical isolation. The adapter with metal enclosure supports USB-RS232, USB-RS422 and USB-RS485. With DIP switches and jumpers you select the communication protocol. The serial port is protected by a built-in surge protector to withstand electrostatic discharge and power surges up to 25KV ESD.
The universal driver software for most operating systems can be downloaded from the website of FTDI. Windows 7, 8, 10 and 11 automatically installs the correct driver when you connect the adapter.
