With this kit you will learn how to measure and control with the Raspberry Pi
With the GrovePi+ Starter Kit you can learn how to measure and control with the Raspberry Pi. The kit consists of the GrovePi+ board with 12 Grove sensors, actuators and cables. Most other kits have a breadboard to connect different parts. Breadboards with wires are difficult to use for beginners. Many things can go wrong. With this Grove Kit you won't have that problem. Just mount the GrovePi+ board on your Raspberry Pi and connect sensors to the board, you're ready to start hardware playing and prototyping with the powerful platform. The kit is supplied with a Guidebook showing examples for all included sensors.
This CAN analyzer monitors the bus without influencing it
The Komodo CAN Interface is a powerful USB-CAN adapter and analyzer. The interface is an instrument which is able to actively send CAN data as well as monitor the CAN-bus. With the monitoring the bus won't be influenced. There are two versions of the Komodo, the Solo and the Duo. The Komodo Duo features two CAN-interfaces. With the Komodo Duo it is even possible to send data via one channel on the CAN-bus and monitor that same CAN-bus via the other channel. The adapter has free analyser software and is suitable for Windows, Linux and Mac.
With the Particle Cloud Service you can quickly make an Internet of Things (IoT) application
Spark IO (now Particle) has a new version of the popular Spark Core: the Photon. This is a small DIL module with on it a 120 MHz ARM Cortex M3 and a Broadcom Wifi chip. The module has many I/O capabilities and can be programmed wireless via internet with Particle Build. With the Tinker App you can (without programming), read sensors and control leds immediately. For advanced developers there is the Particle Dev IDE and the Mobile SDK to build your own App. For various applications we supply 4 different Photon Shields.
The Teensy is an amazing and compact development platform which is suitable for usage on a breadboard. But what to do when you want to attach Arduino shields? The Teensy Arduino Shield Adapter allows you to attach your Teensy and utilize your favourite Arduino shields without the requirement of a breadboard or any complicated wiring. The adapter also comes in handy when you want to upgrade your Arduino project to a more powerful Teensy. Added features include a Real Time Clock (RTC) battery, a JST battery connector, a 4-12V barrel jack connector and an ICSP header.
