The Spectacle platform is for creators who want to use lights, sound and motion without requiring to have extensive knowledge of electronics and programming. Wiring a Spectacle circuit is as simple as plugging in headphones, and programming it is like doing a game with words. The Spectacle Web App allows you to program each component in a matter of minutes. Every Spectacle project consists of at least two boards: one Director Board and one of the Spectacle daughter boards. Boards are available for LED strips, speakers, servo motors, buttons and motion sensing.

With this sensor you can measure the indoor air quality

The CCS811 is an ultra-low power digital gas sensor solution to detect a wide range of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) for indoor air quality monitoring. The CCS811 supports intelligent algorithms to process raw sensor measurements to output a TVOC value or equivalent CO2 (eCO2) levels. The CCS811 integrates a metal oxide (MOX) gas sensor with a microcontroller unit (MCU), which includes an ADC and an I2C interface. On the breakout board each necessary pin of the CCS811 is available, as well as additional pins to add an NTC Thermistor to determine the temperature.

Capture data exchanges between two Bluetooth devices with this BLE sniffer

This USB-BLE module from Adafruit is programmed with a special firmware image that turns it into an easy to use Bluetooth Low Energy sniffer. You can passively capture data exchanges between two BLE devices, pushing the data into Wireshark, the open source network analysis tool, where you can visualize things on a packet level, with useful descriptors to help you make sense of the values. The module is also available as USB to BLE adapter which makes it easy to get your computer talking to your phone or tablet using a standard serial connection.
