The LG308 is an open source LoRaWAN Gateway. It lets you bridge LoRa wireless network to an IP network via WiFi, Ethernet, 3G or 4G. The LG308 is fully compatible with LoRaWAN protocol. LG308 v1.2 includes a SX1301 LoRa concentrator and 2 SX1257 LoRa transceivers.
The SX1301 provides 10 programmable parallel demodulation paths and a SX1257 acts as TX channel, so the SX1301 won’t be block during TX. The LG308 has 10 RX channnels and 1 TX channel at full duplex. This combination provides higher capacity compare with a standalone SX1301/SX1308 concentrator solution. It can handle up to 1000 LoRaWAN end nodes from different suppliers or you can use a private LoRa frequency band.
LG308 can be used as gateway for TTN or it can communicate with ABP LoRaWAN end node without LoRaWAN server. System integrator can use it to integrate with their existing IoT Service without set up own LoRaWAN server or use 3rd party LoRaWAN service.
This model has 4G cellular option included. It has the Quectel EC25-E Mini PCIe for use in Europe, supports LTE category 4 and has CE/Deutsche Telekom certification.
A power supply and antennas are included.
