Returns and Exchanges

You can return or exchange your order up to 14 days after receiving your order.

Undamaged products in the factory package can only be returned stating our RMA number. You can request the RMA number with our RMA request form. The number must be mentioned on the outside of the package. With a return we will refund the purchase price, including shipping costs (if you return the complete order). You pay the costs for return to our warehouse in the Netherlands. The return of products ordered especially for you isn't possible.

Warranty

Warranty

Antratek offers a 2 year warranty on all hardware products. The warranty includes free repair by the manufacturer. The shipping costs for the return to us will not be refunded. The shipping costs for the return of the repaired product will be paid by Antratek. To make a warranty claim you need to request a RMA number with our RMA request form.

 

Other delivery conditions

Delivery to individuals is subject to the conditions set forth at Thuiswinkel.org. Delivery to companies are governed by the FHI Gerneral Conditions of Delivery 2010. On request we will send you a copy.

 

Quotation request

You can easily and quickly request a quote at any time directly on our website:

  • On the product page, next to the order button, there is a button to add the product to your quote.
  • If you have added products, you can see them in an overview in the quotation environment by clicking on the quotation button at the top right.
  • Once you have completed the quotation, you can submit it to us. Please note that you must create an account so that we can contact you.
  • You will receive a quote from us by email as soon as possible. This quotation is also available in your account environment and can be immediately converted into an order if desired.

It is also possible to send us your quote request by e-mail. You can send this to info@antratek.com.

Many large organisations use their own procurement software for administrative reasons. This can limit the product range or the number of suppliers. Antratek likes to assist you in finding a solution for realising a XML connection with your system or even your own webshop environment which can be altered to your wishes. Product Lifecycle Guarantee

Are you interested in using parts or modules supplied by Antratek for the production of you own product? Then it is important that the parts will be produced for a guaranteed period of time. Only then you can make sure that your product has a minimum lifecycle for your customers. Of course we can advise you on the stability of our suppliers for production purposes. And if necessary we will request an official Lifecycle Guarantee certificate for you.
