Dynamixel
Unlike conventional R/C servos that use PWM, the Dynamixel DC servo modules from Robotis are special powerful servo motors operating on a network with feedback functions. It has a wide range of motion (300 degrees) with a continuous rotation mode for use as wheel motor.

Interfacing

The AX-12 Kit contains the AX-12+ servo, two mounting modules, 3-wire connection cable and screws.

USB2Dynamixel
The Robotis USB to Dynamixel Adapter is an interface device that enables you to control Dynamixel Servos using your PC. More info can be found in the USB2Dynamixel manual (PDF, 2,6MB). The driver sotware can be downloaded from the Robotis website. The USB2Dynamixel can also act as an USB to RS232 adapter for the ZIG2Serial.
