Control and measure with the PC
Do you want to connect some very simple electronics to a
computer, like a couple relays, switches, or a small display?
Using the USB-port means you have to develop specific code for
an USB enabled microcontroller, read hundreds of pages of
documentation, buy a development system, and finally develop a
driver. The easy way is using IO-Warrior.
IO-Warrior
IO-Warrior is a complete board for parallel I/O via the USB-bus.
IO-Warrior24 has 16 in- and outputs, IO-Warrior40 has 32 and the
new IO-Warrior56 has 50.
Software
With a simple command you can perform complex tasks like I2C,
LCD, matrix LEDs, matrix keyboard and infrared control. Free
software is available for Windows, Linux and MacOS. In the SDK
are examples for C++, VisualBasic and Delphi.
Starter Kit
The IO-Warrior Starter Kit consists of an assembled and tested
board with USB-cable and CD-ROM with software and documentation.
